Binsky & Snyder Service takes preventive maintenance very seriously.
We will tailor a preventive maintenance agreement for your equipment,
your requirements, your budget. Our equipment task manuals are
left on site, so that in the event of an O.S.H.A inspection, you
can show that the HVAC systems are being maintained to Federal
Guidelines. Our annual reports will detail the condition of your
equipment, any past repairs performed by our company, and any
future repairs required so your budget can be planned for
future maintenance needs.
