In the Binsky & Snyder engineering/drafting department, we employ one of the largest staffs of skilled designers in the region's mechanical contracting firms. Our Engineering managers have an average of almost 20 years experience in mechanical contracting. We also have the benefit of NJ Professional Engineer licensing for design-build projects.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art CAD workstations enabling fast, efficient drafting and coordination of our projects, as well as rapid turn-around on design revisions. Our cutting edge high-power computers and high volume plotting capabilities enhance production. Increased use of electronic transmission of files through email and the internet has greatly impacted the speed of the coordination process.

The engineering department utilizes software packages that include the latest versions of AutoCAD, Microstation, Rebis, Quickpen CAD 3D, Mech Q and others. Our customization strategies enable us to tailor commercially available software packages to our specific needs. We constantly evaluate new software to stay on the forefront of new product development. Other support is provided through the use of Primavera scheduling and document tracking software packages.
