A centrally located 30,000 square foot fabrication facility supports our field installations. Our facility is segregated for reasons of quality control into fabrication areas for carbon steel, stainless steel, high purity and exotic alloys, and plastic. The carbon steel area utilizes equipment from Pandjiris, Ransom, Miller and Lincoln. The stainless area produces fab in all schedules and grades of stainless, and Hastelloy, using the GTAW and GMAW welding processes. Automatic orbital welding is used for sanitary stainless steel tubing and schedule 10 pipe using Arc Machines, Inc. equipment. We have also produced fabrication for the semiconductor industry under customer specified 'clean room' conditions.
