ARTHUR R. BOCK

Arthur Bock is a seasoned accounting executive with more than three decades of experience leading financial operations across the security, insurance, and energy sectors. A Certified Public Accountant and graduate of Queens College with a B.A. in Accounting, Arthur is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has built a career defined by the integration of high-level fiscal strategy and hands-on operational leadership, ensuring that financial performance consistently supports long-term organizational goals.

Having served in both CFO and COO roles, Arthur brings a comprehensive background spanning public and private accounting, including treasury management, taxation, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He is a natural leader with deep expertise in union contracts, government pricing, and complex financial negotiations, giving him a distinct advantage in structuring and securing strategic agreements. Arthur’s experience and leadership make him an exceptional addition to our executive team.
