At Binsky, our employees are our greatest asset. Therefore, we have adopted a comprehensive safety program that allows us to focus on people, rather than data. Binsky employs only the best trained field staff that focuses on hazard recognition and mitigation. Our team strives to solve potential safety issues as an alternative to traditional auditing and reporting safety practices.
As part of our safety program, we train our management level employees in areas outside of general jobsite safety including, Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion and Workman’s Compensation Laws (NJ & PA).
Binsky is an active member of several National Safety Committees including, Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), Mechanical Service & Contractors Association of Easter Pennsylvania (MSCAEPA), Mechanical Service Contractors of New Jersey (MSCA of NJ), and the Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Council (MACSC).
To ensure all Binsky operations are safety focused, we have dedicated Regional Safety Managers in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including a Regional Safety Manager that is responsible for all aspects of our Home and Service Divisions.
Binsky’s Core Values drives our departmental daily functions and distinguishes us from our competitors. We take safety seriously and reinforce our safety program throughout the entire organization.
