Having joined the company four years ago and promoted into his current role in 2025, Keith leads strategic acquisition efforts for complex, large‑scale projects across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, mission‑critical, and higher education markets.
Keith’s professional background includes extensive experience in estimating, project management, and pre‑construction, with a strong focus on delivering value‑driven pre‑construction services and solving complex technical challenges. He is well known for his ability to evaluate project risks early, develop innovative technical solutions, and align team efforts with client objectives to support successful project outcomes. In his current role, Keith is responsible for overseeing pre‑construction operations, driving process improvements, and supporting company‑wide pursuit strategies for major projects.
Keith has played a key role in securing several high‑profile projects, including the Penn Medicine Princeton New Cancer Center IPD/Design Assist project, the Merck 890 MACS Design Assist project, and the Nokia Core and Shell project.
