PASQUALE BALESTRIERI

Pasquale has worked in finance since graduating from college with increasing responsibility and authority in each of his roles. Over the past 40 years in the workplace from Accounting Supervisor and Controller duties to Vice President, CFO, and CEO positions, Pasquale has exposure to all facets of finance along with experience in operations, logistics, and general management. Pasquale holds a BBA in Accounting from Pace University along with MBAs in Finance and Accounting from St. John’s University.

He is a certified public accountant and has been teaching finance, accounting, and management courses at night for over 15 years. Pasquale is a certified Lean-Kaizen facilitator specializing in process review and efficiency enhancements.

Pasquale has devoted many hours to non-profit organizations such as the 10 years he served on the finance committee of the United Way and his 20 years with the Franklin Township Wrestling Club for Kindergarten through High School age students. Most recently, Pasquale became Co-founder and Treasurer of the Live Like Jonathan Foundation which helps raise money to support autism awareness, MS, Athletes in Action, Youth Sports, and the Special Olympics. He is a hands-on manager who is detail-oriented and leads by example.
