The new home base for the New York Red Bulls, a popular American professional soccer organization, held its opening game during the Spring of 2010.
The soccer-specific stadium is located in Harrison, New Jersey. Key to this unique structure is a fan-friendly, close to the action feeling. It provides seating for over 25,000 spectators, and includes 30 luxury suites, 3 stadium clubs, retail shops and numerous concession stands. The distinctive stadium roof has a curved translucent structure that adds architectural interest, as well as protecting the fans from the elements.
Binsky & Snyder provided all of the HVAC needs for this state-of-the-art facility. Over 17,000 feet of piping support the heating/cooling systems - 3 boilers, 2 chillers, 12 splits and 12 AHUs. Binsky was proud to play a part in this landmark project and its contribution to the revitalization of the Harrison area.
