Binsky was responsible for installation of all new plumbing and HVAC systems and fit out of seven floors, consisting of 100,000 square feet of office and conference rooms including the Merck credit union located on the first floor. The Binsky virtual design team leads the coordination with all the MEP trades on this project. Despite the challenge of working through a pandemic, Binsky was always ahead of schedule waiting on other trades to complete their work.
